      Pros

      I really like my job! I get to work with a great group of women who all have different strengths that contribute to the growing success of our salon. At Great Clips we're almost always busy, the time goes by quickly and the pay is better than I expected. I look forward to going to work everyday, and that feels good!

      Cons

      I miss doing color and am having to work on my speed as I am used to spending more time with a customer.

      The environment is very fast paced, friendly co workers and flexible hours and shifts that fit my schedule.

      Cons

      I didn't see many cons to working here. Great stepping stone to another stylist job.
