The owners aren't hairdressers and have unrealistic expectations. They have also have tons of useless and stupid rules.

I was allowed to have a flexible schedule

Cons

The company is all about making money. You literally have to do each customer in 13-18 minutes counting drying they're hair and also finding out what they want. Very unrealistic
