      Pros

      Walking home with tips in your pockets. Lots of growth potential in each salon.

      Cons

      Work every weekend, not having time off for holidays if going out of town. Constant pressure to do one more and sell one more. Not being able to call in to a shift unless your dead.

      If u r fast at hair cuts then this place is for you

      Cons

      U have to give up your family time a lot. They are open holidays weekends and nights. They don't pay extra or overtime. You also have to cut dirty ppls hair a lot.
