      Awesome staff , great $ hard work but worth it. Working one on one w clients getting to know what the different styles are .

      Long hours. Finding the right stylist to work as hard as you or harder.

      It was previously a great working environment, hopefully the owner will take necessary steps to return it to a great place

      Cons

      The owner really needs to look at how the place is managed. A new manager was brought onboard early in 2015, and could not be more inept. The fact that she is outgoing, does not hide the fact that she is in over her head. Everyone has to help straighten things up, she should have never been placed in a management position. I left to find a position that has good management. I do not necessarily need the manager to be my best friend, I need the manager to know what she is doing

      I love this company. It's hard, but it is completely worth it. I'll never try full service again!

      They watch numbers for everything l. So you have to be good at keeping track of numbers.
