Business Outlook
Pros
All of the training prior to being on the salon floor is paid (week long training.)
Cons
This would probably be a fantastic place to work....if they were not so money hungry. I was told by management to get the customer in and out of my chair within ten minutes. It didn't matter what cut was being done, they wanted it done quickly, they stated if the customer doesn't like it they will come back to get it fixed. The women I worked with were not very friendly to me or the customers, they would rush through the cut to make their quota so they would get paid more.
