Corporate owned so they don’t “get” salon culture. Some managers run stores like an assembly line.

It provided job security and the franchise i worked for was very helpful and pay was acceptable at the time. You could make more depending on service quality and skill, time management and sales.

Cons

The career growth may take a while.
