Pros

Very solid company. There is alot of room to make money here if you work at it. Before picking a certain Great Clips do your research on upper managment. Actually make the interview about interviewing them as well. Go on several to see what each on has to offer you and don't settle. Great education team!

Cons

Wrong upper managment will throw you under bus to make themselves look better, so beware. Make sure to watch your incentives & that you are being paid for them corretly. You have to keep track of all this yourself being lazy in the tracking department will make you loose out on money you worked for period.

- great boss, co-workers and work environment - mostly friendly customers - very organized, training/working materials provided - staff recognition/parties

Cons

- minimum wage - mandatory unpaid breaks (30 min a shift)
