customers are great! can be pretty busy on a good day. not too much to do.

Cons

this may just be the one i work at but we have very sloppy management. they dont promote the right people or train them to do their job, and yet they are the ones above you.

Learn as you go, don't have too high expectations for training on computer, inventory ......

Pros

Always a paycheck, no clientel, product classes.

Cons

If you don't meet your "numbers" as in hc times, product %, it effects not only you getting a monthly bonus but your fellow stylists bonus'. That isn't fair. Especially when some people work thei asses off to sell, and keep their numbers perfect. It makes it where nobody wants to try! Great clips is hurting themselves by establishing this new policy.

Pros

Great work atmostsphere, caring for our customers and fellow stylists, the best suport team, Pleasant enviroment, between the clientelle and the staff I can not wait to get to work most days.

Cons

The only true down side was when I first got hired on and was told it would not be a set schedule, it took a ew weeks to get use to that.
