You receive an hourly wage so if your not busy your still making money .

Cons

They nit pic every little thing. cut time, wait time, cleaning responsibility. The stylists are expected to follow rigid guidelines while the manager picks and chooses what she wants to do

It has taught me alot about clients and working as a team, but feel there can be alot of improvement.

Do not need a clientele, paid hourly, flexible hours, do not have to rent a chair, offers educational cutting classes

Cons

Too many kinds of coupons, haircut times, some clients do respect stylists at all, flexiblity of store hours

Pros

Paying hourly wages is a better way as opposed to straight commision or booth rent. But they should have kept the raises the way they were.

Cons

Benefits package and compensation for a job well done are gone. They have taken away raises and vacation for parttime employees. Decreasing hours and adding more employees does not make sense.
