Most supportive company I have ever worked for. All levels of management and the Franchisees are amazing people. There is great continuing education as well.

Cons

It is a fast paced environment, and it is a customer service, some people are just rude. But if you let things roll off your shoulder and you work hard you’ll thrive

Flexible scheduling, easy to get requested days, great tips, opportunities for advancement, training, conventions, bonus, company events, amazingly fun coworkers, 401k with matching! I love my job and wouldn't cut hair anywhere else!

Cons

The health insurance could be better. I imagine most people could say that about their health insurance these days though!
