      NONE, the owners couldn't care less about employees and(some) managers Lie,Cheat, & Steal. This place seems to attract these personality types.

      PayTips, Mandatory Closing Shifts Management , Environment No, No, No Benefits NO HEALTH INS. No Retirement No 401K. No Paid Vacation - Nothing But a Paycheck!

      Pros

      The employees and the customers are the pros for working at this company. I love tho work here.

      Cons

      The company itself isn't the greatest. I love the costumes and my fellow employees. The company it self needs to treat us better. I feel like the red headed step child. We need a remodel bad and when we ask for things we don't get it or it takes forever. I feel we should get paid more then what we do. There are other salons that is great clips and the stylist get paid way more than us. I nelive this why we can't get anyone to apply here is because of this.

      Upbeat, high clientele, and fast-paced management is super cool and works well with scheduling

      If most of the girls can get along it would be better
