E. Texas good if you can get past upper management

Pros

Fast pace, good tips, good for people who can't or won't do chemical services.

Cons

East Texas upper management all over the place. Not franchisee but between that and salon managers. Some lie right to your face and make rules and crap up as they go. Known alcohol and drug abuse in management and stylist. If you are in upper management you should be a leader not a drunk.
