Pros

Great Clips is a great place to work because of its strong brand and core values. It's leadership has the best interests of its employees in mind and it's franchisees.

Cons

Advancement can be difficult because people don't leave their roles very often.

Pros

Great company to work for. If you're just starting out it's the best place to start. Great pay too!

Cons

Sometimes you are so busy that it's hard to take a break or you may start to feel burned out. Also, if you leave the customers you have connected with and always come to see you are not YOUR customers. So you're in contract not to take them with you when and if you were to leave.

Pros

Steady paycheck Always work Don’t have anything else.

Cons

1.Not family friendly (don’t call out when kids are sick.) 2.They do NOT listen to u availability 3. Online says u will make $34 an hour more like $12 and hopefully u get a good tipper. 4. Will work u 6-8 days straight if u take time off. 5. Doesn’t Not rotate weekends like they said. 6. Oh and will extend hours of the shop without telling you.
