Nice co workers. That's all I have.

Cons

Too many hours and days scheduled in a row. 8/10 hours a day, 7or more days in a row. You will never have a weekend off! Absolutely no work life balance.

Good place to get practice and varied clients, little upward mobility

Pros

Good variety of clients (men, women, children, old, young, etc.) If you want to focus on cuts and not color, this is one of the only chains that doesn't do color decent tips

Cons

Not much upward mobility regulars are discouraged quantity over quality of cuts emphasized you'll only be given 6 hours shifts during the week you'll get a half hour unpaid break, but if it's busy, expect to take it 5 minutes at a time

Pros

Team culture is truly tremendous! Owners are excellent to work with AND for! Clientele comes to you at this historically credible location. Continuing education is provided and FREE! Hours offer fabulous flexibility for all. Newly renovated salon is BEAUTIFUL! One of the first salons in the nation deserving enough to receive this in 2022!
