      Hourly if it’s slow you get something

      Cons

      Cheap clients picky and ask for too much for a 26$ price. Over worked expect you to do 15 min haircuts. Catty environment and no bonus or good raises. Will drop you’re pay if you not hit numbers when you can’t control the say
