      Pros

      Lots of learning opportunities. Supports remote and hybrid work culture. Above market standard compensation. Work Life Balance. Transparency in management. Using latest tools and technologies.

      Cons

      Last few quarters have been tough for Groupon but it's trying to recover quickly. There are fixed 30 Vacation Leaves and there in no separate Casual/Sick Leaves which can sound strange.

      Pros

      It has been a great experience working with Groupon. Groupon gave me opportunities to work on large scale systems. As a company, Groupon has a strong emphasis on employee satisfaction. Groupon is flexible in terms of changing teams, technologies and work timings. Groupon ensures that it's employees have a proper work life balance. Also don't forget about the handsome package.

      Cons

      In past there were few wrong decisions which are sorted now.
