Focus too much on profit and fast growth without thinking how long time employees will be affected

The company seems highly focused on productivity and delivery metrics, sometimes at the expense of employee well-being and long-term team stability. There appears to be a tendency to bring in people from previous networks (for example from Toptal), which can make the environment feel somewhat closed or internally aligned rather than open to broader perspectives. Management can be quite hands-on, and at times this may come across as micromanagement. Additionally, job security can feel uncertain, as contracts or access can end very quickly when the company no longer requires the role. Pros: Fast-paced environment and strong focus on delivering results.Cons: Limited focus on employee experience, high pressure, and little notice when roles are no longer needed.
