      - For people who want to work hard and carve a future for themselves, there is every opportunity to do so - Greater cross-functional collaboration now than in recent years - Overall company financials are generally improving each quarter

      Cons

      - Still feels like a start-up so change is fast and constant which may be too much for some - Company is making changes quickly and not all departments are working in lockstep to the degree that they should be yet - Company leadership is heavily focused on performance over building a strong and resilient culture

      - Great people - Exciting job and environment - Multi-national team; funny accents - Cooperative team; always happy to help - Intensive - as a sales person, I can’t imagine working in a big corporate where you get bored. Managers are quite cool and organize a lot of competitions for us to earn different benefits. - Career options - if you prove yourself on current position, there is so many options to be promoted

      - Coffee machine in the office - I’ve noticed that there is a lot of new people hired who are just not a good fit for sales job
