New Leadership has completely stripped the culture, life and soul of the business. This is not the Groupon that once was and not the brand that you might recognise as an external. Unfortunately, it's no longer a business people are proud to be a part, instead, it's a company where the majority of conversations between team mates, center around 'how quickly can they escape'. I was a manager and was spoken to in an incredibly rude manner from leadership, forced to micromanage with constant threat looming over me. The leadership style that once embraced people and allowed them to be themselves, is no longer there, replaced by leaders that just want "yes people". Genuinely became a dreadful place to work.

There is no culture and upper management have little sympathy for red tape in the day to day pains points of the job. There is no strategy on the ground and it feels like a rudderless boat.
