Ops side is comprised of kids out of uni who behave like they are the next Steve Jobs and look down on sales reps Management doesn't know how to manage a sales force Employees are treated like numbers and many regional directors think nothing of firing someone HR tries very hard to make the company look cool and fun but in reality it is a ruthless business Don't get me wrong, it is a good springboard if you have little or no experience that will enable you to get a job in a proper company. But that's about it really. With share prizes crushing there is a lot of activity behind the scenes but as always there is little transparency about what is going on.
