      This company has managed to reduce much of their college educated sales force to near minimum wage earners.

      Pros

      You are able to dress casual. Free coffee and soda List well on a resume (for now)

      Cons

      Management is constantly producing ways to "manage out" employees. Low morale and high employee turnover. Since going public, monthly goals are set unrealisticly high, while commission rates have taken deep plunges. This company no longer cares about people.

      Officially, the paid time off is unlimited. You can dress how you want. Lots of young people.

      Cons

      Taking time off is a passive-agressive nightmare. You can't afford nice clothes. Success is determined either by prior privilege or timing.
