      Young, hard working staff who treat people like they want to be treated. Good place to grow and learn about local businesses.

      Constantly fighting the validity of the daily deal model. Local businesses can be tough to work with. People seem to get burned out quick.

      Paid well for the amount of work they required. Great people. Good promotion structure.

      Cons

      Middle management does not know what they are doing. They do not require you to work hard, and seem to be constantly scrambling to fix a new problem.
