      Smart people and rapid growth. Lots to learn. Lots of great people to meet. Industry creator in dominant market position.

      Cons

      Uncertainty about the future of the company. Embarrassing accounting revelations. Growing pains. Huge number of employees and very big office.

      Friendly people, laid back atmosphere, catered lunches. Groupon allows you to "choose" your career path. They foster a collaborative environment.

      Cons

      Too much of a start up environment with no real structure. You will start in one role then get switched to a different department without any warning.
