      Pros

      Fun work environment. Fun people. Free coffee. Good looking coworkers. Casual work environment. Catered food in office. Really great people.

      Cons

      The company itself is in its adolescence, therefore the attitudes among the upper management is somewhat juvenile. Because of this, they way they manage the people under them can be disorganized and let a lot slip through the cracks. I slipped through the cracks due to poor tracking off work.

      -well compensation and competitive pay package -flexible work autonomy -fun environment with young culture -recruitment based on ability

      Cons

      -close communication -treated as an object -no training; you are left alone to learn by yourself -termination of employment for invalid reason -- not meeting the performance expectation (based on 2 week of performance, with no induction and sales training) -line managers was always away dealing with other resigning employees -not setting expectation -high turnover in the sales team
