      Pros

      I was with the company for 2+ years. Great benefits, Unlimited PTO, Remote, flexible hours. Some great managers and people are left and truly make working here a bit better

      Cons

      They had multiple layoffs and senior leadership constantly changes. Micromanagement from managers/leaders became common, they expected you to write down everything you do and how long it took you to do it. Cancelled promotion/bonus's and stated it would "return" but never did. I had colleagues let go after layoffs due to them being "too expensive" and looking for a cheaper option, no other reason. They continuously changed applications and expected you to be an expert and know how to use it without training provided. Do. NOT. Come here. For the sake of your own mental health, don't.
