      international brand that "had" a positive impact

      Cons

      Unorganized Management, chaotic decisions ,bad leadership. The country manager has no "human" management experience nor capable of supporting the team. She had a terrible approach to the team members and devalued the best assets in the team. The culture of the company in the middle east is dead, there isn't a healthy atmosphere and no body is happy. People are staying for the payment but there isn't a career progression opportunities nor a chance to develop.
