      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, mostly remote, strong US based leadership. Some really great employees there working their tails off but being undervalued.

      Cons

      Most S Team leadership are international based, very hard to communicate properly and get the job done well when most $$ and business is done in the US. Not enough employee appreciation and consideration.
