      Very accepting culture where work-life balance is valued.

      Cons

      A lot of operational overhead. Rather than investing in technology to streamline, money was spent on international expansion. This debt is knocking.

      There are many people has left this company immediately in the last year. Too much legacy without any new development, Too much micro management, we need to fill Jira, Asana and GSheet for a business, but it takes more time than a feature creation.
