      Pros

      Flexible working with Hybrid working model. WFH support. Good compensation. Good work life balance. Lots of tax saving options.

      Cons

      Only Vacation leaves of 30 days and no sick/casual leave. Some teams use not so good tech stack but there are lots of learning opportunities as well.

      Lots of learning opportunities. Supports remote and hybrid work culture. Above market standard compensation. Work Life Balance. Transparency in management. Using latest tools and technologies.

      Cons

      Last few quarters have been tough for Groupon but it's trying to recover quickly. There are fixed 30 Vacation Leaves and there in no separate Casual/Sick Leaves which can sound strange.
