Althought it is a big company, interaction is similar to a small company operations which increases decision making speed. Company constantly growing due to government incentives and right strategy.

Cons

Upper management not always has holistic view of processes and strategy. Micromanaging is common and old mentality of quantity is better than quality is constantly present.
