      Worst company in my 23 years I have ever worked for

      Pros

      None that I seen in a years time.

      Cons

      Asked to work OT for straight time and was a W2 employee, they try to displace you in a different location to keep you a working slave, bad upper management and horrible team-leads with zero experience. The offshore technicians are the worst I have ever worked with and no accountability what so ever. Manager will try to get you to work OT for comp time, Federal Labor laws are ignored for US citizens.

      Pros

      This company never fires its employees. It's good for you if you just want to come to work to earn a salary and go home.

      Cons

      This company has scarred me for life. I was an IT Engineer with a big dream and I thought I made big progress by joining a company like HCL. I was ready to climb up the corporate ladder and make a name for myself. Little did I know I would be played, accused and shamed in this concern. After a year I didn't care for the salary or anything else. I just wanted to quit everything but my financial background didn't let me do it. The management will be your friend if you do favors for them and If you are honest this is not the place for you.

      It's a job albeit one that you will not want to stay at for one moment longer than when you find a better job. Some helpful colleagues may help you in a real jam, but all of your colleagues come and go (revolving door employees sick of the company) and will openly share with you that they too are suffering just as you are/will be.

      Cons

      No training; poor pay; poor benefits; incompetent, non-USA acclimated management who all over-manage and micro-mange everyone beneath them too death; poor communications; poor hr department; strict "unwritten" no paid overtime "policy" that every manager makes every employee follow - even though each employee will be lied to and told that he/she can earn overtime.
