      Pros

      - Immense job stability - lots of onsite( if you get lucky) - decent hikes - strong HR - good transport - has the best technologies and projects in market - you will learn a lot here

      Cons

      - No night shift allowance ( they make you believe that a US shift is your regular shift), no pay difference bw people working 9am-6pm and 6pm-3am - they will suck all Bonus given in the last 1 year when you leave the company, Bonuses are huge as 25% of your monthly salary - they play with designations, no defined structure - if you join as a GET , you always feel the gap bw you and the lateral hired people in terms of pay and designations - pathetic cafeteria food

      A company that calls itself 'a transformer' while actually being just a body shopper

      stable employment even in crisis situation visionary CEO and some good top executives

      Cons

      A body shop that has zero interest in the employee and employees well being CEO talks about "employee first" "disruptive" "transformer" but no one at the ground level implements it...all are just interested in billing..forget value creation HR and Admin behave like they are doing a favor by letting the employee work in USA Worst compensation in USA Benefits are bare minimum (as req by law) and lowest possible Works like Indian government, a lot of red tape for everything Kingdoms run by "General" Managers who do not add any value, they just walk around showing their influence and power

      Excellent for growth with better compensation as per industry standards

      Cons

      Once you are struct with a project, its almost impossible to get release from the project. Its as if you have joined HCL but working on contract basis for that client. Only option to get release is, either degrade your performance or get release from the company....
