Manager can destroy your career. NO HR to listen your voice . All HRs are freshers and don't do anything. Senior management will never listen your problems if you are not known to them . Manager is only super power here and most of them are non technical and don't want to see anyone growing in team. Team mates are always gossips about people and they will never look happy but most of them will never leave the company only just make people negative . No work and no growth if you are really technical experienced for than 8 years. You will get wrong and unnecessary warnings emails/unethical from managers and senior management and you will realised you are not working in MNC . You are working in some shops . Most of project condition is same .

Rarely treated like a human being, it's obvious certain TL's have found their position by shouting the loudest their whole lives and nothing else. Having a couple as the only team leaders on a campaign is idiotic, especially as one of them finds any reason under the sun to pick on employees they have personal issues with. So if and when it's your turn to get picked on there's nobody to really turn to.
