      Bad Management , Customer First not Employee First

      1) Good Team Managers 2) Freedom to work without any pressure.

      Cons

      No Hike , Freshers will get more Salary than experienced Professionals Management and HR will not Listen to employees problem and employess growth Not Employee Centric . There are 360 Degree Feedback but no use of it. Lot of Back door Openings in the Organisation, HR and COE heads of each departments involves in it. I have been asked 1 lakh for my Appraisal. Bribes for Onsite Oppurtunities Particularly for Rare Domains. HCL is good for Freshers , People Who adjust for Peanuts & People who are ready to stay with existing Technical knowledge without any training.

      Pros

      Good basic pay if you negotiate well, before joining the company. If you're luck holds, you'll get interesting roles and experience because they have a zero bench policy.

      Cons

      Very, very poor formal recognition of achievements through promotion and pay. You flog your guts out on a project, then flog your guts out playing politics to get a miserly promotion. CEO sets totally unrealistic expectations about 'Employee First' which are totally ignored in practice. Lack of genuine leadership from management. Ruthless bench policy can send you all over the world without much consideration of personal circumstances.
