      Bias. Little pay. Little raise. Among a host of other negative things

      Pros

      Good people. I liked the employee comes first attitude. And the team I worked in was amazing.

      Cons

      Disorganized. Unstructured. And way to many headaches. Plus they lied to me. I was told we get bench. It is simiply the company putting in your resignation for you and just extending the leave date. My management put that while I was still working so I worked through my “bench”.

      Pros

      They are pretty lax on the number of hours you work. Dont know if this belongs in pro or con because it doesn't matter to much to an employee but they scam and lie to their clients

      Cons

      Bottom 2% salary for experience/location Management lies to you constantly. Always passing blame to someone else. No chance of meaningful raise. No bench time even though they swear up and down about it. Traditional Indian culture only. No room for other world views. Told I was being let go in about a month and a half. Was fired immediately after giving knowledge transfer to other devs. Doesn't look good on your resume. I could not find another job until I removed this experience from my profile completely.
