I am told that since I did not receive the paycheck in the mail that no one will help me get paid now, so now I have filed a complaint at the Dept of Wage and Hour Division, and I am conferring with a lawyer on next steps -unbelievable HCL.

7 different managerial levels Mostly managers from level 4 and above are no brainers. They do all that is possible to cut down your salary and get them paid. Lot of Amature HR without work ethics. Managers won’t allow you to take leave or give you any appraisal to submit fake profit reports to management. All the above points, even the top management is aware but they love to do this. Full of fake promises, until you are 3 yrs experienced HCL can be a choice but if you are experienced and good at your work plan like join HCL with max pay as much as possible and quit within a year. Do not take ownership of anything as it will not pay you back. When you feel that you have created any impact send emails across org copying all the L6 and L8 managers to actually make it count. Do not trust ur skip level manager as they are dummies and have no power. RM can get you promoted without any hike, that might help. Do self learning by joining here and don’t spend ur heart on the project as the least working resource and you would be treated the same.
