They are a logistical and HR nightmare. Though the Oracle training program was good, they didn't help pay for any lodging costs, were very unclear about relocation, and overall left my training group in the dark about everything. After completing the training program they failed to find me a project, so I waited around for 6 months or so without much communication. Once it had been a year they decided to cut ties with my group - due to it being difficult to find future projects for us. So all-in-all they trained a bunch of entry-level people in Oracle EBS for seemingly no reason.
