Pros
1.Best place to get settle for married people. 2.Job security and work life balance. 3.Appreciation and rewards for innovation in the project. 4.Provided opportunities to face client directly. 5.Decent package only if you demand before joining itself.
Cons
1.No good HR policies. 2.Appraisal process is very worst , you will get your full variable pay only if you perform outstanding and hike would be single digit even if you get outstanding. 3.No allowance for weekend work. 4.onsite opportunities are very less. 5.No fun at work, should conduct events. 6.Management is not open minded , you not even aware whats happening outside of your project.
