      agreed to pay relocation fee, but after I joined, when I contact HR about this issue, they never give response didn't get my offer letter after I had worked there for one month when I requested for that, the management is really bad hire a java developer for non programming purpose, it's wasting time working there always try to save money from employees always speaks India dialects with me, I don't know what they are talking about, once one person talked to me : "Do you want to compare with me", really embarrassed to work there

      Very Poor Appraisal despite how much hard work you give. Cheap cost cutting in everything you see, shows how cheap they are. EFCS is just a showoff, Employees points are validated 0% and they don't care even little about their employees Just politics in everything, no matter what. U have to stamp someone literally to come up despite your skills or hardwork . Very Negative environment that'll just make you crave for next job. SAP Consultants don't ever think of joining this company 0% motivation to work If you want to work peacefully, never even think about this place. Manager's company and nobody gives a **** if you're not a manager and will be badly treated. First company in my career to see collecting money from employees for company party Definitely will regret for joining this company. HCL-AXON is altogether different and proper IT environment but HCL Technologies is the worst one can ever come across.

      Benefits, good co-workers, good environment

      Cons

      salary never the same each month even if you work the same hours, HR doesnt give any explanation about it. Low Salary, analyst are treated like students even if they got a lot of experience, no possibilities to grow up until you lick the boots of someone or if you are there for more than 3 years, work hours doesnt permit for a normal life
