Pros
HCL Axon has some of the best SAP projects in the UK and has hired some excellent resources to deliver these projects
Cons
Not much to dislike about the organization. However, you'll have to work really hard to prove yourself as someone deserving the opportunity to grow. Sometimes it just feels that a group of specialist contractors are working together on a project...you might not feel an association with the organization. Secondly, you really need to connect with the right people for an opportunity to grow. While this might be the same in all organizations, I am personally not in favour of this approach.
