Manager will throw you under the bus, anything to save their name. Easily blame you when things go wrong even if it was they who instructed you to do it in the first place. If you don't have anything in writting as solid proof to defend yourself, you are doomed. How would you work in such an environment where people are busy fighting? Team members wont help one another, its a competition. People hold their ego very close to themselves. Too much negativity. The work that's piled up wont cause you stress, its these kinda people that drain you mentally and emotionally.

There’s no genuine investment in individual well-being or growth.
