      Pros

      Job security, if they want to remove you from an assigned project for some reason and you have completed the initial 6 months probation period, they will move you to bench and you have 60 days of time to search a new job internally.

      Cons

      Typical service based company mentality, for them the client is the God, they don't give a damn about their own employees and will remove them from a project if the client asks them to remove even if the employee is hard working and does his job faithfully and sincerely.

      -Job security -New learnings/ knowledge improvement -Performance based appraisals -Shift allowances Comfortable shifts for my project - only 4 working days with 2 - 10 hours shifts and 2 - 12 shifts. -It will be rotational shift -Very safe for women -only your work speaks so concentrate on work more instead of joining gosipping groups.

      Cons

      -No WFH -Night shifts -You should be conscious while sharing personal information or any kind of information about you even with your work bestie no matter how close they are. You will never know when they are going to bite you. -I have observed Micromanagement from some of the people in my team. - team had a really hard time because of few individuals as their maturity levels doesn't match the work culture. These people are Tech-B's so management will not take any action on them as they have contract with HCL.
