Business Outlook
Pros
They have a great Fresher program, which takes very recent graduates and provides them with a job to get started in their careers. Health benefits are fantastic for my family. There are many ways to learn through their e-learning site and help from others. I'm on a team that does work for Microsoft, so their are some perks with that, as well. There are opportunities within the company to work hundreds of places around the world.
Cons
Pay is not competitive at all. Growth in the company seems difficult to do, and very few last more than five years, if that, before moving on to another company, but that's kind of typical in a software career for a lot of people anyway. Reviews take 4-5 months to be completed.
