      Pros

      Excellent people who care a great deal about taking good care of seniors. Generous vacation, sick, holiday and personal time. Good overall benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership. No direction, little training, no sharing of information. Overall this is a depressing place to work. If it wasn't for the great people it would be miserable.
