      Pros

      Strong quality and safety principles. Think big, act big and take big steps. World wide presence. Diversify staff, and respectful to differences. Strong COBC (complience).

      Cons

      Does not have a tech developer personality, like to buy. Salaries are not the best in market. Week tools for carrier, the mettro was former too early. Over valuate the Workaholics behavior.

      It is a great company to work for; with interesting opportunities for our career development. It was a huge opportunity for me in terms of offshore operations requirements and oil & gas industry.

      Cons

      No significant downsizes in my evaluation. It is a great company to work for and if your you are committed to the company results, senior management team will give you opportunities to growing up with the company.
