      Local management support, benefits, good group of co workers, job security.

      Cons

      Long hours, on call 24/7. No opportunity for advancement even within job unless transferring out of area. District Management not on par with local management needs. Tend to not replace people and just pile on work on others who are already overburdened.

      Procurement and supply cgaun its not consudered strategic therefore its difficukt to get new prohets se upported by the Higher stances. A lot of work for so low number of buyers. Reality of the country differs in most ocasions to the interbatiinal hallibhrton standarts . Its difficult to apply contract templates, and keep good negotiating conditions.
