Pros
Excellent job security, opportunity to move different countries, casual and flexible work culture, co-workers tend to be very bonding and helpful, strong operations team with good experience base.
Cons
Very ineffective selection process, Limited/No merit based incentives, no proper evaluation methods used during trainings or tools to rate performance of employees, very slow growth, large difference in pay based on country of origin.
