      Pros

      Professional Organization, keeping in practice all the policies & laws. Co-operative senior staff. Best safe working envoirnment, due to strict compliance of health & safety standards set up on a global level. Good career oppurtunities.

      Cons

      Engineering based company, therefore, lesser growth oppurtunities for non- technical people.

      Pros

      Lots of knowledge to be gained. From the training available there is an limited amount of old timers there as long as you know this it can be a great resource.

      Cons

      Get rid of the 700 cameras, military style security and trust the employees you hired. There is an overwhelming amount of security and big brother going on in this place.

      WONDERFUL TEAM COORDINATION Excellent mentor and very helpful managers High level of technical work. Good compensation and benefits. Very less hierarchy.

      Cons

      Life is a bit difficult for someone who is involved in operations due to working in shift and tough conditions, but then they are also rewarded accordingly.
