Pros

Lots of opportunities for employee training Steep Career Growth Money Money Money

Cons

Have to bear lots of crap as hierarchy system is not well defined. A diploma holder can be your direct supervisor for he first year, even if you are a qualified engineer.

Pros

- Work life balance - Benefits (Other than cash) - Laid back attitude (Which is good and bad) - Great opportunities. Training is improving and opportunities are immense (Of course immediate managers play a big role like in any other company) - Great fellow employees. Warm and very accommodating. - Good executive leadership.

Cons

- The path to a management role is not well defined. - Strong email culture. To CYA or to gain manager's attention. - Lot of incompetent and immature managers at camp and regional levels.
