Pros

- Work life balance - Benefits (Other than cash) - Laid back attitude (Which is good and bad) - Great opportunities. Training is improving and opportunities are immense (Of course immediate managers play a big role like in any other company) - Great fellow employees. Warm and very accommodating. - Good executive leadership.

Cons

- The path to a management role is not well defined. - Strong email culture. To CYA or to gain manager's attention. - Lot of incompetent and immature managers at camp and regional levels.

Solid company with opportunity to move around

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Lots of great colleagues. There are many different avenues one can take. Sales, operations, research, field, support, etc.

Cons

Long hours. Management stresses present ism over performance. Difficult to schedule time off and for training. Very formal management style.

Managing staff is rather loyal and democratic,

Cons

however with russian staff replacing expats on top positions the attitude towards employees is changing to worse, you hve to work more for less money, yet being not awarded either by words nor by money.
